These terms govern your use of cushebeauty.shop and any purchase from Cushé. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products & use

Cushé products are cosmetics for external use only. Patch-test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product shades are represented as accurately as screens allow; small variations are possible.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD unless displayed otherwise via currency conversion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) with a full refund. Promotional pricing and bundles can change at any time.

Payment

Payment is captured at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.

Shipping & returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the Cushé name, logo, copy, and graphics — belongs to Cushé and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cushé's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
