Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping — every order, every destination.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery. Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Estimates are provided at checkout; occasional carrier or customs delays can extend this slightly.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us at support@cushebeauty.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Shipping Protection. Every Cushé order includes free shipping protection. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@cushebeauty.shop with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

Customs & duties. Orders are shipped delivered-duty-unpaid. Most orders arrive with no extra charges; in rare cases local customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Once an order ships, we can't reroute it.
