30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — love it or full refund.
We want Cushé to be the easiest step in your routine. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email support@cushebeauty.shop with your order number and a sentence on what didn't work for you (it helps us improve — but "it's not for me" is enough).
- We'll confirm your refund within 1–2 business days. Because Cushé is a cosmetic product, you don't need to ship anything back — hygiene first.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge immediately.
Late or missing refunds. If 10 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and it hasn't appeared, check with your bank first, then contact us and we'll chase it.
